Parking Instructions

Parking available in the West Stadium Lot – print the parking pass sent out and place on your dashboard.

 

Setup Times

6:00pm-7:30pm, Monday Evening (January 28, 2019)

7:00am-8:30am, Tuesday Morning (January 29, 2019)

 

Layout

The TechZone takes place in the Simplot Ballroom and the workshops will take place in breakout rooms. The breakout rooms will have signage posted and volunteers to help direct traffic to those rooms. Agendas including room placements and times for workshop session will be sent out to workshop leads the week of January 21st, 2019.

We are so excited to announce that at SheTech 2019, we have 27 local companies and organizations hosting booths with interactive and informational STEM activities in our TechZone! The TechZone will run from 8:45am-11:10am and 11:20am-1:45pm, and they will be in BSU’s Student Union Building in the Simplot Ballroom. Lunch is included.  Students have 45 minutes to explore the TechZone and learn more on topics they’re interested in through fun STEM activities!

Workshop Specifics

We have 19 workshops at SheTech this year, with topics centered around career knowledge, empowerment, and tools. Workshops will run from 8:45am-11:10am and 11:20am-1:45pm, and they are in BSU’s Student Union Building. Room and agenda to be sent out before the event to each workshop lead. Lunch is included. Students will spend 45 minutes in each workshop, and they will each attend 2 workshops and the TechZone.
