College Mentorship Program

Let’s face it. College is hard. Struggling through a degree without any help can make or break someone’s experience in a major. The college mentorship program serves as way to connect college women with local mentors in their field. Mentors can help give advice, connect the mentee with industry experts, and just be a shoulder to lean on through the difficult times.

If you are interested in joining the mentorship program, fill out the form. It will ask you what your major is, some of your interests, what are you looking to get out of the program, etc. Then, W.IN will tap our network of industry professionals to find you the perfect fit for a mentor. This mentor will be some one from your field who can help give degree and career advice. You can meet up with your mentor and/or exchange a few emails. Whatever works best for you!
