Sue Balluff is the Head of Strategic Alliances, Office Printing Solutions, managing the strategic relationship with key partners to maximize the Laser business and deliver the world’s most reliable business printers.

Sue has applied her deep financial, analytical, and marketing background to develop creative negotiation strategies which have enabled solid growth initiatives for both the LaserJet hardware and supplies businesses.

In her tenure at HP, in addition to her time spent managing Alliances, Sue has held various leadership positions within the LaserJet Printing Business and contributed across many business functions including Technical Marketing, Finance and Business Analytics. Prior to beginning her career at HP in 1999, Sue worked as a Certified Public Accountant and held various Finance/Tax positions at Micron Technology, where she also had the opportunity to spend two years living and working in the Netherlands.

Sue went to undergraduate school at Gustavus Adolphus College, in her home state of Minnesota, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and she has also completed HP’s Stanford Executive Education program.  In 2014 Sue was honored with the Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award from the Women’s & Children’s Alliance, honoring women who have excelled in their field and made significant contributions to industry.

Sue is a long-time resident of Boise, Idaho with her husband and two adult children. She is co-founder and owner of a small downtown business and enjoys spending family time outdoors mountain biking and Nordic skiing.
