Rebecca Campbell
Founder and Previous President of Women Innovators
Director, 3D Services, HP Inc.

Rebecca started her career as a software engineer for HP, Inc. and continues as an HP employee today. In her tenure of 16 years at HP, she has worked in a variety of areas including R&D, product marketing, software and services. After starting out in R&D, her deep passion for customers led her to the Managed Print Service business where interacting with large enterprise clients is a daily event.

A highlight from Rebecca’s career includes leading a global team for the print software business where under her leadership the JetAdvantage brand was created and the portfolio expanded with innovative SaaS offers. During her time as the business leader, double digit growth in revenue and increased gross margin were achieved.

She excels at bringing ideas to reality through intentional and clear business strategy and operations. These strengths have led her to her next exciting challenge at HP: new service business creation in the 3D Printing business.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Art in Accounting from Pacific University as well as a High-Tech MBA from Walden University.

She and her husband live in Barcelona, Spain with their two young children. While in Boise she was an active member and sponsor for other female leaders at HP and in the community.  Rebecca served as the executive sponsor for the Boise HP Women’s Impact Network for several years, and served as a member of the Boise HP Site Council and board member of the non-profit organization, Fundsy, from 2015-2017.
